Waukesha-based Walbec Group, holder of six infrastructure construction companies, bought a new headquarters in Wauwatosa formerly occupied by Swiss company ABB.

Wangard Partners acquires former ABB building for $10.8 million
Wangard Partners are currently talking to prospective tenants for the former ABB building. The manufacturer leased the building out for the rest of 2025.
