Police: Oshkosh man who died in fall was washing windows

Oshkosh (AP) — Oshkosh police say a man fell to his death while washing windows.
Twenty-year-old Tyler Peterson of Oshkosh died Wednesday, according to the Winnebago County Coroner’s Office. Peterson was working at Bella Vista Independent and Assisted Living at 631 Hazel St. in Oshkosh when scaffolding underneath him gave way.
Police were called to the apartment complex around 12:40 p.m. in response to a report that a man had fallen five stories.
The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration is also investigating Peterson’s death, according to WLUK-TV.
