Listen to this articleCrews work on the $626 million St. Croix Crossing project on Thursday between Oak Park Heights, Minn., and St. Joseph, Wis. The project is a joint venture between the Minnesota and Wisconsin departments of transportation and is slated to open in fall 2016.
