Wisconsin construction industry leaders featured on the 2025 Titan 100 list

The 2025 Wisconsin Titan 100 list features some new faces, some old ones and several hall-of-famers in construction and development.

Lafayette Crump, the commissioner of the city of Milwaukee Department of City Development; , the founder of Catalyst Construction; and Sharon Hulce, the president and CEO of Employment Resource Group, will be honored in the Titan 100 Hall of Fame. The awards ceremony will take place at Fiserv Forum on Jan. 30, 2025.

Out of the 100 chosen for the list, only 11 were picked for the Hall of Fame. The program recognizes the state’s top 100 CEOs and C-level executives, according to program officials.

“I am deeply honored to be receiving this prestigious honor. This isn’t a personal achievement, but a testament to the incredible dedication of my team at the City of Milwaukee’s Department of City Development, and the collaborative impact of our work at the City from top to bottom, and bottom to top,” Crump said in a statement.

“I want to thank our city partners, my team, Mayor Johnson, and the community for allowing me the opportunity to serve this great city. I am beyond grateful and promise to continue my commitment toward growing a thriving and prosperous city where all residents, regardless of ethnic background or economic status, can live in safe and healthy neighborhoods,” he added.

The honorees selected for the Wisconsin Titan 100 collectively employ over 113,000 people generate a combined $118 billion in annual revenues, city officials said. This year’s honorees will be published in a limited-edition book and profiled online, they added.

Award recipients can make the list up to three years, with each year getting progressively more difficult, officials said. Hall of Fame candidates must complete on-camera interviews and answer a series of questions from a live judging committee. This is Crump’s third time on the Titan list.

  • Tim Kippenhan, vice president and COO of Miron Construction
  • Andy Weins, owner of Camo Crew Responsible Junk Removal.

Included on the Titan 100 list were leaders from Marquette University, the Medical College of Wisconsin, MKE Tech Hub Coalition, the Green Bay Packers, Marcus Performing Arts Center, Northwestern Mutual, Versiti, Feeding America and Perlick.
