A Brookfield-based contractor announced it opened a new facility in northeast Wisconsin, increasing its manufacturing reach in the region.
CornerStone One announced it opened a new facility at 3200 W. Main St. in Oshkosh, its second facility in the state. The contractor will offer services such as commercial plumbing, commercial HVAC, wastewater treatment, earthwork, site utilities, engineering and facility service solutions to the area.
“This expansion reflects our commitment to delivering not only enhanced services but also the convenience and efficiency that comes from offering so many capabilities under one company,” John Muraski president of CornerStone One, in a news release. “Our skilled team is ready to provide installation, maintenance and service that help businesses operate at peak performance.”
The expansion will bring manufacturing capabilities to CornerStone One’s HVAC mechanical division, which is led by Jessica Peeters, CornerStone’s director of HVAC, company officials said. The division provides comprehensive mechanical services, including design/build installations, equipment replacement and emergency, predictive and preventative maintenance.
“Our goal is to deliver exceptional solutions for commercial, industrial and multi-family buildings,” Peeters said in a statement. “We’re an experienced partner in helping businesses operate smarter and more efficiently.”
The company has consistently seen new benchmarks and regulations that push businesses to upgrade and maintain their systems, said Steve Adkins, founder of Cornerstone One, in a statement.
“With the increasing need for knowledgeable contractors, we aim to bring our experience to the table. We’ve built lasting partnerships over the years, and we’re proud to continue providing trusted, high-quality service to businesses across eastern Wisconsin,” he added.
CornerStone One’s headquarters is located at 20865 Enterprise Ave. in Brookfield. The company offers services for commercial, industrial and multi-family buildings.
The company has supported high-profile projects in Southeastern Wisconsin for organizations including Amazon, Komatsu, Baird, Northwestern Mutual and Froedtert.
