A multistate hardware company will build a production, warehouse and office facility in the development in Slinger.

Milwaukee-based real estate firm Founders 3 announced that Minneapolis-based Allegis Hardware received approval to build a 90,000-square-foot facility in Merchant Village, a development between Hetzel Way and State Highway 60 east of Interstate 41.

While Allegis will lead development of its own facility, the larger village development is managed by Milwaukee-based Three Leaf Partners.

Groundbreaking is expected in April 2026, real estate officials said.

The project will consolidate ‘s production, warehousing and administrative operations into a single facility, officials said. The building is permitted under a planned unit development governing Merchant Village, which allows up to around 66.9 acres for business and light manufacturing uses.

The project will include a parking lot along the northwest portion of the parcel and a loading dock area on the southeast side of the building, officials said. No outdoor storage is proposed.

Commercial Services will serve as the broker for the project.

Merchant Village is also the site of the third fireside MARKET convenience store developed by Potawatomi Ventures.
