Milwaukee-based RINKA opens office in Madison

Milwaukee-based architecture firm RINKA has opened a new office near the state capitol building, expanding its operations in Madison and central Wisconsin.

on Monday started operations at its third office in a multitenant building located at 44 E. Mifflin St. facing Capitol Square, a spokesperson for the firm said. Between three and four staff members will work in a roughly 1,000-square-foot space.

“We want to be close to the projects, clients and communities we are collaborating with,” said Chad Griswold, a partner at RINKA, in a statement. “This office location will help us better serve the region and central Wisconsin. This is special for me having grown up in Madison, and our team is looking forward to being a continued part of this dynamic and growing community.”

In an announcement, officials said the RINKA will offer “experience in multifamily residential, governmental, higher education, master planning, office, retail, hospitality, financial, community, and brand and media work to the Madison market.”

The existing space was renovated to include four workstations, a conference room and a branded entry vestibule, officials said.

RINKA is headquartered in and has a regional office in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

The firm also celebrated 20 years of business.
