AG Architecture has hired Louis Vanden Bush and Alec Uecke.

Vanden Bush is part of the AG engineering team, while Uecke is responsible for design support and construction document preparation.

Riley announces personnel changes

Riley Construction’s growth throughout the Chicago and Milwaukee corridor has prompted the company to make several personnel changes and additions.

Project Executive Dan Sullivan has joined the Chicago office team. Sullivan brings more than 16 years of industry experience to his role, which will focus on executive leadership of Riley’s Chicago-area projects and oversight of the office’s strategy and operations.

Chris Siefert, a 16-year Riley team member, has accepted the newly created position of vice president of strategic projects. In his new role, he will oversee the planning and execution of the company’s largest and most complex projects in key markets, particularly the pharmaceutical sector.

Ben Kossow, who joined Riley in 2000, was recently promoted to executive vice president of operations. Kossow was an integral part of the company’s growth in the Milwaukee metro area and will continue to lead that office, as well as provide oversight of the company’s field resources. He will also manage Riley’s safety, lean/quality control, virtual design and construction and project development departments.

Erin Anderson, a 17-year Riley employee, accepted a promotion to vice president of project management. She will lead the company’s project management strategy.

John Delavan has been promoted to vice president of preconstruction. He joined Riley in 1996 and is responsible for creating the company’s dedicated preconstruction department.

Erik Dillon joined Riley in 2006 and most recently served as a senior project manager before his recent promotion to project executive. Dillon will use his industry experience to provide high-level oversight of jobs in the southeast Wisconsin area, particularly in the industrial and health care sectors.

Werner Electric hires Usiak

 recently hired Rebecca Usiak as a customer service manager at its headquarters in Appleton.

In her new role, Usiak will lead the customer service and retail counter teams, manage customer service and assist the territory sales manager. Usiak has 18 years of experience in sales, pricing and customer service. Prior to her role at Werner Electric, she worked as a business relationship manager for Valley Bakers in Greenville.

DeMark’s changes location

has moved its location from 111 Wilmont Drive in Waukesha to 1421 Pearl St., also in Waukesha.

DeMark’s purchased the new location to allow for greater growth of staff and equipment, according to a news release from the company.

earns gold from ABC

Faith Technologies was recently recognized for its work on two construction projects in 2017.

The company won two gold Projects of Distinction Awards from the Associated Builders and Contractors of Wisconsin for One Menasha Center in Menasha and a renovation project at Ripon College.

One Menasha Center, an eight-story, 118,200-square-foot office building, was created with Faith’s Integrated Projects Group.

The Ripon College project included a 65,000-square-foot fieldhouse, 23,000-square-foot atrium and renovations to the interior of the existing building.
