Its nine two- and three-story buildings have a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Rents start at around $1,100. The units have high-end finishes, luxury cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops and in-unit laundry. Some have a balcony or patio. Indoor parking is on offer for a separate fee.
