The units have high-end finishes, luxury cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops and in-unit laundry. Some have a balcony or patio. Indoor parking is on offer for a separate fee.

The complex also features a 24-hour fitness center with yoga studio, a clubhouse with a lounge, a pool and fire pit, outdoor grilling stations, horseshoes and bags courts, an off-leash dog park and pet spa, a business center, a wine and beer room and proximity to a nearby nature preserve and wetlands.
