PROJECT SIGNIFICANCE: A development including 173 apartments and retail space was completed this spring in Menomonee Falls.
Weas Development, Klein Development and Moore Construction Services led the development of Tennessen Flats, which involved apartments and underground parking in three buildings, construction officials said. The Fussville Market features two structural steel buildings, which will be home to businesses such as Third Space Brewery, The DENTL Lounge, Great Harvest Bread Company and a future restaurant, officials added.
