Associated Bank to update Whitefish Bay branch with coffee chain

Associated Bank will reconstruct its existing location in Whitefish Bay and include a Colectivo Coffee location.
Crews will break ground at 430 E. Silver Spring Drive in June and the new location is slated to open in spring 2024, bank officials said.
Both businesses will occupy two levels of the building, with 2,700 square feet for Associated Bank and 1,500 square feet for Colectivo. Bank amenities include drive-up banking lanes and a walk-up ATM, while the café will have a mobile pick-up space and seating on the second floor.
