Jason Schneider elected 2025 board president of AGC-GM

On January 21, members gathered at the Wisconsin Club for the Annual Corporate Meeting. The event marked a few changes for the Association, including the election of the 2025 Board President and several Board members.

Jason Schneider, VJS Construction Services, will serve as the 2025 President of the Board of Directors. Jason’s involvement with the AGC spans two decades, beginning with the Young Constructors Forum, now known as the Construction Leadership Council (CLC). Over the years, he has held key leadership roles, including Chair of AGC-GM CLC and AGC National Chair of CLC. Jason also was the Vice Chair of the AGC National Lean Forum Steering Committee and a representative on the AGC National Building Division Steering Committee. He previously served as the 2024 Vice President for AGC of Greater Milwaukee.

“Jason’s extensive industry knowledge, strong relationships with his peers, and integrity make him a standout leader. His vision and guidance will be crucial in shaping the future of the Association and advancing the construction industry as a whole,” CEO Mark Kessenich said.

Elected alongside Jason as officers of the Board are Vice President Eric Schmidt, CG Schmidt; Secretary/Treasurer Ryan O’ Toole, Hunzinger; and Past-President Shannon Metoxen, JP Cullen.

In addition to the officers, B.J. Bowen, Findorff Construction, was elected serve as At-Large Corporate Director, Jessica Rabbach, Mortenson Construction, was elected to serve as Executive Corporate Director, and Ryan Hetzel, Hetzel-Sanfilippo, Inc., was elected to serve as Associate Director. The 2025 Board of Directors also includes Labor Policy Chair Tim Just, Just Consulting; Education & Research Foundation Chair Rupert Kotze, Kotze Construction; Associate Director Jim Fleming, Langer Roofing & Sheet Metal; and Construction Leadership Council Chair Leah Manning, JF Ahern.
