Owner of Racine’s Regency Mall proposes more than 200 apartments
Racine officials reviewed plans for 266 units at the Regency Mall on Durant Avenue. Hull Property Group, which has owned the mall since 2016, submitted the development plans.

Regency Mall redevelopment spurred by Racine and Hull Property Group $39.4 million agreement
