Next OneNorth development phase announced in Bayside
Cobalt Partners and La Macchia Holdings announced a new mixed-use building for the OneNorth development, which will include apartments, a grocery store and fitness center. Since its inception, the development has reached $200 million.
153-unit senior living breaks ground in Bayside
A 153-unit senior living community dubbed "Artalia Bayside" broke ground in the North Shore, said Matter Development officials. It will open in late 2027.
Bayside considers proposal for 153-unit senior living facility
Wauwatosa-based Matter Development is proposing a five-story, more than 240,000-square-foot building at the corner of Brown Deer and Port Washington Roads.
Moore Construction leading 138-unit senior living project in Pewaukee
The senior living facility will be located across from the Meadow Creek Market shopping center.
