OWNER: Gresham School District

SIGNIFICANCE OF PROJECT: In November 2018, voters living in Gresham School District approved a bond referendum calling for a series of local school projects. Plans for the resulting 20,000-square-foot addition call for the construction of a Career and Technical Education space, classrooms and a music room, as well as the reconfiguration of existing spaces. Work will also be done to improve indoor air quality, heating and lighting. New entrances and exits will be added for the sake of safety and security.
