PROJECT SIGNIFICANCE: on Tuesday announced it completed a 32-unit project for adults with Autism in Grafton. The company worked on behalf of Impact Seven, a repeat client that works in community development.

The project called for four buildings with six single rooms and two townhome buildings with eight townhomes, officials said. Residents have shared facilities including a full kitchen, dining area, living room and laundry facility. There was also a 3,700-sqaure-foot activity building on the 6.5-acre site, officials added.

Alison Gorham, the Wisconsin marketing director at McShane, said the company was proud to finish another project with Impact Seven. “They had a clear vision for homes that provide a safe and comfortable environment for residents, and it was an honor to bring this vision to life,” she added.

Impact Seven owns the site and served as the developer, a company spokesperson said. Grafton-based was the architect and did structural design in house, they added.
