MILWAUKEE, WI – Irgens, a leading commercial real estate developer headquartered in Milwaukee, has named Kevin Armstrong as senior vice president of portfolio leasing. In this leadership role, Armstrong will oversee leasing strategies for the firm’s growing portfolio and spearhead broker collaboration across southeastern Wisconsin and beyond.
With more than 30 years of industry experience, Armstrong brings deep market insight and a track record of success in tenant representation and landlord advisory. He will lead Irgens’ internal brokerage team and play a key role in mentoring talent within the firm.

Armstrong will focus on leasing efforts for Irgens-owned assets, which include commercial office, mixed-use, retail, and industrial/R&D properties. He will also work on third-party assignments and help uncover opportunities for development on Irgens-controlled land sites.

Armstrong is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee School of Business. He began his career at The Polacheck Company, rising to partner before the firm was acquired by CBRE in 2006. He spent the next 13 years at CBRE, including seven as Managing Director. Most recently, he served as office advisor at Founders 3 Commercial Services. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Wisconsin.
