PROJECT SIGNIFICANCE: Cornerstone Village, a 71-unit apartment building geared towards adults 55 and older and adults living with disabilities, is underway in Milwaukee’s Cold Spring Park village. West Allis-based Cardinal Capital Management is leading the partnership with Trinity Housing Resources, Inc. in support of the Near West Side Partners.
In early 2023, the Milwaukee County board approved a motion to provide $2.5 million in American Rescue Plan Act funding toward affordable projects for Milwaukee’s outskirts, including the Cornerstone Village.
