The company, known as PCI, has been in business for 21 years. Owner Michelle Grau said her greatest accomplishment has been building and running a family-owned company with her husband, while creating jobs for others and raising a family of their own.
“My philosophy on leading is rooted in teamwork, family and community,” Grau said. “I believe success comes from building strong relationships and creating an environment where others feel valued and supported. At PCI, I’ve seen how treating every project as a partnership—between our team, clients and community—drives not only great results, but also lasting trust.”
PCI has also made community involvement a cornerstone of its mission. The company supports organizations including the Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin, The Children’s Heart Foundation, The MACC Fund, the Milwaukee Admirals, local sports and theater programs, Door CANcer Foundation in Door County and the Village of Waukesha Fire Department.
That commitment, the owner said, reflects the same values that have guided PCI since its founding—family, community and teamwork.
