Amy Hacker is the owner of White Buffalo Trucking, LLC, a women-owned construction trucking business with 12 years in the industry.

Hacker said her greatest career accomplishment is maintaining relevance and stability in a competitive field. “My greatest career accomplishment is still being relevant after 12 years of business,” she said.

Her leadership approach is built on self-improvement and the belief that growth inspires others. “My philosophy on leading is personal growth. I hope that my personal growth helps those that work with me grow and together we can be successful, not matter what the definition of success might be for that individual person,” Hacker said.
