Best Women Owned Businesses: Jacquelyn Elder

Jacquelyn Elder, founder of ZoKa Solutions, has been recognized with a women-owned construction business award for her leadership and impact in the industry.
Elder has spent 11 years in construction, where she built ZoKa Solutions into a trusted PMO partner. She said her greatest career accomplishment has been transforming an idea into a company that acts as a “bridge” for organizations, connecting structure, process and technology while empowering people to succeed.
Among her most meaningful projects was guiding a client through a full Procore implementation and process overhaul for a $50 million portfolio. Elder said the effort not only streamlined operations and saved time but also helped the client team grow in confidence and capability.
“My leadership philosophy is rooted in emotional intelligence and the belief that true success comes from elevating the people around you,” Elder said.
