Best Women Owned Businesses: Jeannie Cullen Schultz

Jeannie Cullen Schultz, co-president of JP Cullen, has spent 16 years in the construction industry growing the family-owned company and its people.
Cullen Schultz said her greatest career accomplishment has been starting the company’s Healthcare division. “I had the opportunity to grow the unit as well as a team of healthcare construction professionals,” she said. “It was awesome to see the growth of the people and projects over the last 10 years.”
She said what drives her success is the responsibility of leading a fifth-generation family business. “We are driven to grow and develop the business so that it can be a sixth generation and beyond family business,” she said.
Cullen Schultz also serves on boards including MadREP, St Mary’s Hospital Foundation and Capitol Bank Advisory Board. She recently joined the Agrace Campaign cabinet and is a member of the Frauds, a professional women’s group.
