Arrow-Crete Construction has built more than concrete infrastructure in southeastern Wisconsin. The Waukesha-based company has built a reputation.

The concrete services firm, which specializes in hand-poured and slipformed curb and gutter, pavement, sidewalk and barrier wall construction, is this year’s “In the Lead” Minority-Owned Business winner — recognition that reflects decades of work on some of the region’s most prominent transportation projects.

Arrow-Crete Construction, LLC has worked on major Milwaukee-area projects including American Family Field, the Marquette Interchange, the Mitchell Interchange, the Zoo Interchange, the I-94 North-South Freeway, the I-43 North-South Freeway and the I-39/90 Expansion Project south of Madison.

The company was also among the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise firms selected to help construct the Interstate 94 freeway corridor connected to the Foxconn Technology Group facility in Mount Pleasant. That project rebuilt I-94 from County Highway G in Racine County to College Avenue in Milwaukee County, reconstructed an interchange at 7 Mile Road and built a new interchange at Elm Road.

Arrow-Crete holds multiple certifications, including the Wisconsin Department of Transportation DBE Certification, State of Wisconsin MBE Certification, U.S. Small Business Administration SDB and Veteran Certification, Milwaukee SBE Certification and Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District MBE and SBE certifications. The company is also a partner with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
