Seven Generation Contractors LLC has spent four years building more than concrete structures — it has built a legacy rooted in responsibility and purpose.

Founded in April 2022 and based in Fort Atkinson, Wis., the company provides commercial, residential, agricultural and military concrete and construction services, including footings, walls, floors, decorative concrete and excavation. The 100% minority-owned company is led by Owner and CEO Brian C. Wilson Jr.

Since launch, Seven Generation Contractors has doubled financially every year and has received grants from Cedar Growth Financial and Develop WI totaling $95,000. The company has earned Associated Builders and Contractors Chapter Safety Awards in both 2024 and 2025, recording zero accidents or injuries.

The company says being minority-owned reflects a long-term vision inspired by considering the impact of today’s decisions on future generations.

Wilson credits early financial challenges as a turning point, noting that persistence led to recognition from financial institutions and secured financing that fueled the company’s growth.

“Seven Generation Contractors…kicking ass all over the place!” Wilson said.

Goals for 2026 include adding two full-time employees, completing the year injury-free and expanding commercial work to 60% of total projects.
