Jamie Pauli has dedicated more than 25 years to the plumbing industry, demonstrating leadership, technical excellence and commitment to workforce development.

After graduating from DeForest High School in 2000, Pauli completed a five-year plumbing apprenticeship and earned his master plumber license. He joined Hooper in 2014 as a plumbing foreman, advancing to plumbing superintendent in 2021 before accepting a promotion to project manager in March 2024, marking his 10-year anniversary with the company.

Today, Pauli is a plumbing project manager at Hooper Corp. and currently oversees more than 100 active projects and leads a team of 150 fabrication and field employees across Wisconsin. He manages over 275,000 man-hours annually for complex installations serving clients that include UW Hospitals and Clinics, the Madison Metropolitan School District, Microsoft and Saputo Franklin. He has developed about 70% of Hooper’s plumbing and piping system plans while handling project scheduling, resource allocation and cross-discipline collaboration.

As director of Hooper’s youth apprenticeship program, Pauli mentors high school students exploring skilled trades careers. He leads the company’s skilled trades boot camp and represents Hooper at career fairs and educational events throughout the region.

Beyond his professional role, Pauli is serving his second term as board president for the School District of Poynette, a position he will hold through 2027. He also serves on the board of trustees at Community United Methodist Church and coaches youth wrestling and baseball teams.
