2024 Women in Construction – Amalia Flatley – The Boldt Co.

Those around her call Amalia Flatley a “modern-day superhero.” A senior marketing manager by day and entrepreneurial spirit managing a photography business by night, Flatley continues to make industry impacts after 14 years.

Since joining The Boldt Co., Flatley has revitalized the central operations marketing team with her innovative and strategic thinking. Her efforts have not only enhanced the department’s performance but also fostered a culture of creativity and collaboration. She offers valuable industry insights, encourages learning and creates an environment where her team and The Boldt Co. can thrive.

Flatley’s influence extends well beyond her professional role. In addition to her professional and personal responsibilities, Flatley also dedicates her time to organizations such as Revitalize Milwaukee, City of South Milwaukee, Hunger Task Force, serving as treasurer for SMPS Wisconsin, and participating in TEMPO Milwaukee. To promote the construction industry and foster relationships with aspiring young women, Flatley volunteered with Kids Build Wisconsin and Connecting to Build. Her commitment to these causes underscores her dedication to advancing both the industry and her community.
