CH Coakley has secured a seven-year agreement with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services to customize office space at the CHC facility at 6101 N. 64th St., Milwaukee.
The new conference center will stand on 3.9 acres, next to the IKEA store off Interstate 94 and less than 5 miles from General Mitchell International Airport.
The school will be for more than 700 students and has improved security and safety features. It has several classrooms for grades six through eight, as well as spaces for special education and STEM courses, art, band, orchestra and choir. There are also a new gymnasium, a fitness room and state-of-the-art locker rooms, as well as an improved library, cafeteria and staff offices.
Plunkett Raysich Architects has announced the promotion of three to the title of principal: Linda Moses, Jeff Peter and Scott Justus; two to the title of Associate: Dan Effenheim and Mike Bahr; and the addition of staff in Wisconsin and Florida.
A familiar face has returned to Plunkett Raysich Architects. Mike Bahr, who first joined the firm in 1999, has come back to PRA to oversee its marketing and business development.
