•    Red Wing Construction, Red Wing, Minn., reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 17 to reduce a $375 liquefied-petroleum-gas citation to $263, a $375 gas-welding-and-cutting citation to $262 and a $300 ladders citation to $210. The company was issued the citations March 11 during a nonresidential building job at 312 Warren St., Roberts.
•    David L. Raimer Construction LLC, Portage, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 18 to reduce a $2,000 electrical-safety-related-work-practices citation to $800, an $800 head-protection citation to $320, a $2,000 ladders citation to $800, a $5,600 fall-protection citation to $2,240 and a $4,000 fall-protection-training citation to $1,600. The company was issued the citations March 12 during a roofing job at W4288 Ross Road, Pardeeville.
•    Wisconsin Electric Power Co., Milwaukee, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 24 to reduce a $5,000 aerial-lifts citation to $2,500. The company was issued the citation March 11 during an electrical job in Milwaukee.
•    Justmann Construction LLC, Juneau, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 25 to reduce a $1,400 ladders citation to $700, a $2,800 fall-protection citation to $700 and a $2,800 fall-protection-training citation to $0. The company was issued the citations March 11 during a framing job in Kenosha.
•    Consolidated Construction Co. Inc., Appleton, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on March 30 to reduce a $3,000 scaffolding citation to $1,000. The company was issued the citation March 9 during an industrial building and warehouse job at 2929 Harrison St., Oshkosh.
•    Sawvell Roofing LLC, Oconomowoc, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on April 2 to reduce a $2,000 fall-protection citation to $1,000. The company was issued the citation March 11 during a roofing job at 851 E. Wisconsin Ave., Pewaukee.
•    Much Construction, Waupaca, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on April 2 to reduce a $1,500 self-propelled-elevating-work-platform citation to $750, a $1,500 powered-industrial-trucks citation to $750 and a $1,050 hand-and-power-tools citation to $500. The company was issued the citations March 1 during a nonresidential building job at E5880 Evanswood Road, Weyauwega.
•    J.J. Merkel Contractor Inc., Germantown, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on April 6 to pay a $600 fall-protection citation and to reduce a $750 ladders citation to $0 and three scaffolding citations, totaling $1,350, to $900. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss two scaffolding citations, totaling $900. The company was issued the citations March 12 during a framing job at N39 W23302 Broken Hill Circle, Pewaukee.
