•    Maurer Roofing Inc., Marshfield, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Oct. 1 to pay a $225 hazard-communication citation. The company was issued the citation Sept. 17 during a roofing job at 1223 Whipple St., Eau Claire.
•    Certified Inc., Altoona, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Oct. 1 to reduce a $525 respiratory-protection citation to $368. The company was issued the citation Sept. 11 during a plumbing, heating and air-conditioning job at 1110 W. Broadway, Menomonie.
•    Lakewood Roofing Inc., Winnebago, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Oct. 2 to reduce a $1,500 fall-protection citation to $1,050. The company was issued the citation Sept. 21 during a roofing job at 441 Main Ave., De Pere.
•    North Central Wisconsin Exteriors Inc., Marion, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Oct. 5 to reduce a $2,000 fall-protection citation to $1,400 and an $875 ladders citation to $612.50. The company was issued the citations Sept. 14 during a roofing job at 143 S. Main St., Clintonville.
•    Reliant Roofing LLC, Neenah, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Oct. 5 to reduce a $1,600 eye-and-face-protection citation to $1,000 and a $2,000 fall-protection citation to $1,200. The company was issued the citations Sept. 14 during a roofing job at 2608 Sunnyview Circle, Appleton.
•    Tri-County Roofing Inc., New Berlin, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Oct. 6 to reduce a $600 eye-and-face-protection citation to $420 and an $800 fall-protection citation to $560. The company was issued the citations Sept. 30 during a roofing job at 1452 S. 77th St., West Allis.
•    Mathes Construction, Kiel, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Oct. 6 to reduce a $525 fall-protection citation to $367.50 and a $525 ladders citation to $367.50. The company was issued the citations Sept. 23 during a roofing job at 1102 Seventh St., Kiel.
•    Joe Daniels Construction Co. Inc., Madison, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Oct. 6 to reduce a $1,500 requirements-for-excavation-protective-systems citation to $1,250, increase a ladders citation from $0 to $1,750 and dismiss a $2,500 specific-excavation-requirements citation. The company was issued the citations Sept. 25 during an excavation job in Madison.
•    Emery’s Roofing and Siding LLC, Big Bend, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Oct. 6 to reduce a $450 head-protection citation to $200, a $450 eye-and-face-protection citation to $200, a $750 ladders citation to $400, a $1,500 fall-protection citation to $750 and a $1,500 fall-protection-training citation to $0. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss a $1,500 fall-protection citation and a $1,500 fall-protection-training citation. The company was issued the citations Sept. 22 during a roofing job at 11639 W. Watertown Plank Road, Wauwatosa.
•    Tuinstra Construction LLC, Elkhorn, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Oct. 6 to reduce a $600 scaffolding citation to $250. The company was issued the citation Sept. 22 during a carpentry job at 3508 Washington Ave., Racine.
•    T&J Concrete Inc., Cadott, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Oct. 7 to reduce a $1,250 electrical-installation-safety-requirements citation to $500, a $1,250 fall-protection citation to $500 and a $1,250 specific-excavation-requirements citation to $500. The company was issued the citations Sept. 25 during a masonry job at 154 S. Eau Claire St., Mondovi.
•    Soto Construction LLC, Lake Geneva, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Oct. 7 to reduce two scaffolding citations, totaling $3,000, to $750. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss two scaffolding citations, totaling $3,000. The company was issued the citations Sept. 22 during a siding job at 6421 Sheridan Road, Kenosha.
•    Coppens Metal & Roofing, Green Bay, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Oct. 8 to reduce a $1,500 fall-protection citation to $1,050. The company was issued the citation Sept. 21 during a roofing job at 428 Third Ave., Pulaski.
•    Murphy’s Construction, DeForest, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Oct. 8 to reduce a $1,500 fall-protection citation to $750 and a $1,500 fall-protection-training citation to $750. The company was issued the citations Sept. 17 during a roofing job at 6717 Wolf Hollow Road, Windsor.
•    John Jones Sheet Rocking, Abrams, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Oct. 8 to reduce a $1,500 self-propelled-elevating-work-platform citation to $1,050. The company was issued the citation Sept. 14 during a drywall and insulation job at 222 S. First Ave., Sturgeon Bay.
•    H&H Electric Co. Inc., Madison, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Oct. 8 to reduce a $700 electrical-wiring-methods citation to $490. The company was issued the citation Sept. 29 during an electrical job in Madison.
•    Midwest Sign and Lighting Inc., Milwaukee, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Oct. 8 to reduce two aerial-lifts citations, totaling $1,050, to $735. The company was issued the citations Sept. 22 during a specialty-trade job in Milwaukee.
•    Able Co., Altoona, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Oct. 9 to reduce a $1,500 aerial-lifts citation to $750. The company was issued the citation Sept. 14 during a plumbing, heating and air-conditioning job at 1202 W. Clairemont Ave., Eau Claire.
•    Rapp Around Remodeling, West Allis, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Oct. 13 to reduce a $750 fall-protection citation to $375. The company was issued the citation Sept. 30 during a roofing job at 2774 S. 60th St., Milwaukee.
•    Four Men Roofing & Construction LLC, Green Bay, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Oct. 13 to reduce a $600 fall-protection citation to $420. The company was issued the citation Sept. 18 during a roofing job at 1691 Deckner Ave., Green Bay.
•    Studs Construction, Pleasant Prairie, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Oct. 13 to reduce a $600 fall-protection citation to $420, a $600 fall-protection-training citation to $420 and a $600 ladders citation to $420. The company was issued the citations Sept. 22 during a framing job at 5819 52nd St., Kenosha.

•    Kesch Properties LLC, Kenosha, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Oct. 21 to reduce a $450 scaffolding citation to $0. The company was issued the citation Oct. 9 during a painting and wall-covering job at 5918 Eighth Ave., Kenosha.
•    H.J. Pertzborn Plumbing and Fire Protection Corp., Madison, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Oct. 21 to reduce a $1,575 fall-protection citation to $787.50. The company was issued the citation Oct. 9 during a plumbing, heating and air-conditioning job at 1000 Bascom Mall, Madison.
•    Komro Sales and Service Inc., Durand, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Oct. 21 to reduce a $1,250 concrete-and-masonry-construction citation to $562.50. The company was issued the citation Oct. 1 during a concrete job in Chippewa Falls.
