  • White Glove Environmental LLC, Milwaukee, must pay eight asbestos citations, totaling $25,200, because the period to contest the violations has ended. The company was issued the citations Oct. 28 during a remediation job at 8750 W. National Ave., West Allis.
  • Walter Roofing, St. Paul, Minn., must pay a $700 abatement-verification citation because the period to contest the violation has ended. The company was issued the citation Nov. 16 following a roofing job at 4425 33rd St., La Crosse.
  • M&J Roofing, Menasha, reached a formal settlement with OSHA on May 11 to reduce a $1,000 eye-and-face-protection citation to $750 and a $2,000 fall-protection citation to $750. The company was issued the citations Dec. 15, 2011, during a roofing job at 1715 N. Linwood Ave., Appleton.
  • Acme Solutions Roofing LLC, Appleton, reached a formal settlement with OSHA on May 16 to reduce a $2,040 eye-and-face-protection citation to $775 and a $2,400 fall-protection citation to $775. The company was issued the citations Jan. 19, 2011, during a roofing job at 410 W. College Ave., Appleton.
  • August Winter & Sons Inc., Appleton, reached a formal settlement with OSHA on July 14 to dismiss an $810 hazard-communications citation. The company was issued the citation Feb. 15, 2011, during a plumbing, heating and air conditioning job at 501 Water St., Marinette.
  • GTO Contractors LLC, Neenah, reached a formal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 14 to reduce $7,920 fall-protection citation to $1,500. The company was issued the citation Jan. 4, 2011, during a roofing job in Appleton.
  • Daniel J. Vandenheuvel, Appleton, reached a formal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 25 to reduce a $4,200 fall-protection citation to $100. The company was issued the citation July 21 during a roofing job at 1730 E. Longview Drive, Appleton.
  • Faith Technologies Inc., Menasha, reached a formal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 18 to dismiss a $7,000 self-propelled-elevating-work-platform citation. The company was issued the citation March 7, 2011, during an electrical job at 2641 N. Packerland Drive, Green Bay.
  • Blake Transue Remodeling and Roofing LLC, Whitewater, reached a formal settlement with OSHA on Jan. 20 to dismiss $1,500 electrical-safety-related-work-practices citation, a $1,500 scaffolding citation, a $1,500 fall-protection citation, a $1,500 fall-protection-training citation and a $1,500 ladders citation. The company was issued the citations June 29, 2010, during a residential remodeling job in Whitewater.
  • Vinton Construction Co., Detroit, reached a formal settlement with OSHA on March 26 to reduce a $4,950 rigging-equipment-for-material-handling citation to $0; two specific-excavation-requirements citations, totaling $13,860, to $2,500; and two requirements-for-excavation-protective-systems citations, totaling $76,230, to $30,000. The company was issued the citations Nov. 3 during an excavation job in Brookfield.
