• Paragon Exteriors LLC, Waukesha, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Aug. 3 to reduce a $2,400 ladders citation to $1,200. The company was issued the citation July 26 during a roofing job at 1217 S. 101st St., West Allis.

• Northern Interstate Construction Inc., South Range, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Aug. 4 to reduce a $1,530 head-protection citation to $918. The company was issued the citation July 11 during a water- and sewer-line job at 1500 Catlin Ave., Superior.

• Performance Construction, Onalaska, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Aug. 17 to reduce a $1,377 eye-and-face-protection citation to $826.20 and a $1,377 fall-protection citation to $826. The company was issued the citations July 26 during a roofing job at 200 Cameron Road, Rice Lake.

• Stellar Builders LLC, Prairie du Sac, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Aug. 18 to reduce a $4,200 fall-protection citation to $2,500, a $4,200 fall-protection-training citation to $2,000 and a $2,400 stairways citation to $1,500. The company was issued the citations Aug. 11 during a framing job at 941 Augusta Drive, Oregon.

• Accurate Roofing & Siding, Fort Atkinson, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Aug. 19 to reduce a $3,600 fall-protection citation to $1,800. The company was issued the citation Aug. 1 during a roofing job at 4141 Klein Ave., Janesville.

• General Construction Services Inc., Stillwater, Minn., reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Aug. 23 to reduce a $1,800 gas-welding-and-cutting citation to $1,260, a $2,400 electrical-wiring-methods citation to $1,680 and a $3,000 cranes-and-derricks-work-area-control citation to $2,100. The company was issued the citation Aug. 8 during a water- and sewer-line job on Hickory Street in Gilman.

• Hensen Builders Inc., Waunakee, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Aug. 23 to reduce an $8,400 fall-protection citation to $4,200. The company was issued the citation July 26 during a roofing job at 416 Brookwood Drive, Mount Horeb.

• Walker Metal Building Erectors LLC, Hortonville, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Aug. 29 to reduce a $2,640 electrical-wiring-methods citation to $0, a $3,300 aerial-lifts citation to $2,600 and a $9,240 fall-protection citation to $6,000. The company was issued the citations Aug. 17 during a structural steel and precast concrete job in Marinette.

• White’s Professional Painting & Cleaning LLC, Milwaukee, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 1 to reduce a $3,000 aerial-lifts citation to $1,500. The company was issued the citation Aug. 19 during a specialty trade job at 3121 N. Downer Ave., Milwaukee.

• BRS Exteriors Inc., Somerset, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 6 to reduce a $2,400 fall-protection citation to $1,440 and a $2,400 ladders citation to $1,440. The company was issued the citations Aug. 22 during a siding job at 2650 S. 65th St., Osceola.

• Arnie Christiansen Mason Contractor LLC, Franksville, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 13 to reduce a $4,200 concrete-and-masonry citation to $2,100 and two scaffolding citations, totaling $7,200, to $1,800. The company was issued the citations Aug. 31 during a masonry job at 1121 Spring City Lane, Waukesha.

• Cox Building & Remodeling, Ontario, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 13 to reduce a $4,200 fall-protection citation to $800 and a $2,400 ladders citation to $400. The company was issued the citations Aug. 11 during a roofing job at 116 W. South St., Norwalk.

• GFH Inc., La Crosse, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 13 to reduce a $4,200 requirements-for-excavation-protective-systems citation to $2,500. The company was issued the citation Aug. 18 during a water- and sewer-line job on Jackson Street in Tomah.

• Coe Construction, Racine, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 14 to reduce a $4,200 fall-protection citation to $2,100 and a $4,200 fall-protection-training citation to $0. The company was issued the citations Aug. 31 during a roofing job at 803 Main St., Racine.
