The company was issued the citations Sept. 12 during a roofing job at 2918 Grandview Blvd., Madison.

• Squared Away Builders Inc., West Bend, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Oct. 24 to reduce a $4,800 fall-protection citation to $3,600. The company was issued the citation Sept. 28 during a framing job at 15265 S. Casey Circle, Brookfield.

• Trapp Family Builders Inc., Jackson, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Oct. 25 to reduce a $1,700 fall-protection citation to $850. The company was issued the citation Oct. 16 during a framing job at 818 Stepping Stone Way, Pewaukee.

The company was issued the citations Oct. 4 during a roofing job at 1106 Blaine St., Edgerton.

• R.D. Woods Co. Inc., Oak Creek, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 5 to reduce a $1,600 respiratory-protection citation to $1,120 and three scaffolding citations, totaling $7,200, to $5,040. The company was issued the citations Oct. 22 during a masonry job at 3912 W. McKinley Ave., Milwaukee.

• Landstar Builders Inc., Eau Claire, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 6 to reduce a $1,700 fall-protection citation to $1,020. The company was issued the citation Oct. 26 during a multifamily housing job at 2417 Golf Road, Eau Claire.

• Country Glass Inc., Muscoda, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 7 to reduce a $1,156 aerial-lifts citation to $809.20. The company was issued the citation Oct. 29 during a glass and glazing job at 10401 W. Lincoln Ave., West Allis.

• Konkol Construction LLC, Rudolph, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 9 to reduce a $2,000 steel-erection-fall-protection citation to $1,400 and a $2,000 ladders citation to $1,400. The company was issued the citations Oct. 19 during a roofing job in New London.
