• Ballweg Construction Inc., Cross Plains, reached a formal settlement with OSHA on March 19 to reduce a $2,000 head-protection citation to $0, a $2,800 fall-protection citation to $1,120, a $2,800 truss citation to $1,120 and a $2,800 scissor-lift citation to $1,120. The company was issued the citations Nov. 16 during a framing job at 424 Highway 14, Arena.
