A crew with Reynolds Rigging & Crane LLC, Madison, set up a 255-foot-tall Peiner 315 tower crane Wednesday on the Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co.'s east building demolition site in Milwaukee. The tower crane was erected with the help of a 400-ton AC-350 Demag with super lift. The tower crane will be on site for about six months for the removal of the building. Rogers, Minn.-based Veit & Co. Inc. will oversee the deconstruction of east building, making way for a 1.1 million-square-foot replacement. (Staff photos by Kevin Harnack)
