The Marriott Center at Poplar Creek Town Center in Brookfield represents a significant investment in the local community and its ongoing revitalization.

Spanning 283,000 square feet across a 25-acre site, the $120 million mixed-use development includes a five-story Marriott hotel with two distinct brands: a 104-room Residence Inn and a 121-room Courtyard by Marriott. The integration of LED lighting, low-flow plumbing fixtures and solar-gain glazing further enhances its sustainability. The eco-friendly efforts, combined with the development’s infrastructure for future electric-vehicle charging stations, underscore its commitment to environmental stewardship.
