Finishing touches

A crew with J.P. Phillips Inc., Franklin Park, Ill., applies stucco to the facade of the O'Donnell Park parking ramp Thursday in Milwaukee. A representative of the firm said the stucco work will be completed in a few days. The structure has been closed since a portion of concrete facade fell from the building last June, killing Jared Kellner, 15, of Greenfield.
