• Overhead Solutions Inc., Green Bay, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on April 2 to reduce two scaffolding citations, totaling $8,400, to $2,000. The company was issued the citations March 5 during a roofing job at 215 S. Main St., Brillion.
• Spray-O-Bond Co., Milwaukee, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on April 3 to reduce a $1,836 stairways-and-ladders citation to $0. The company was issued the citation March 13 during a masonry job at 509 W. Wisconsin Ave., Milwaukee.
• Willkomm Excavating & Grading Inc., Union Grove, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on April 3 to reduce a $30,250 specific-excavation-requirements citation to $22,000 and a $30,250 requirements-for-excavation-protective-systems citation to $5,000. The company was issued the citations March 12 during a site preparation job at 10600 W. Layton Ave., Greenfield.
• Cost of Wisconsin Inc., Jackson, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on April 4 to reduce a $2,524.50 welding-cutting-and-brazing citation to $1,270. The company was issued the citation March 13 during a specialty trade job at 4201 County Road P, Jackson.
• Helmer Construction, Oregon, reached a formal settlement with OSHA on April 11 to reduce a $4,200 eye-and-face-protection citation to $1,200, a $4,200 fall-protection citation to $1,200 and a $3,000 ladders citation to $1,000. The company was issued the citations Nov. 21 during a roofing job at 7324 Summit Ridge, Middleton.

• STS Roofing Inc., Muskego, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on April 11 to reduce a $2,040 ladders citation to $0, increase a fall-protection citation from $0 to $700 and dismiss a $2,040 scaffolding citation. The company was issued the citations March 23 during a roofing job at 1360 S. 57th St., West Allis.

Quigley Construction, Osceola, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on April 11 to reduce a $3,000 specific-excavation-requirements citation to $1,500 and a $4,200 requirements-for-excavation-protective-systems citation to $2,100. • Esquire Construction Ltd., Kenosha, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on April 19 to pay a $4,620 fall-protection citation and to reduce a $3,300 material-handling-equipment citation to $1,750 and a $4,620 fall-protection-training citation to $0. The company was issued the citations April 3 during a framing job at 12400 N. Ville du Parc Drive, Mequon.
