Project challenge: Adaptive re-use of an historic seven-story (plus full basement) warehouse located within the Walker’s Point neighborhood of Milwaukee.

Significance to the region: The mixed-use redevelopment will include 98 loft-style apartments, an 8,000-square-foot restaurant space, 10,000 square feet of retail space, and two levels of structured parking with a green roof plaza.
