Uniek moves into new Greywolf industrial facility in Madison

Milwaukee-based Greywolf Partners has announced that designer and manufacturer Uniek Inc. has moved into a newly constructed industrial facility in Madison. Real estate officials said the entire 122,038-square-foot building was leased at the end of 2022.
The new building, at 6305 Ronald Reagan Ave., features a 32-foot ceiling, 50-feet-by-50-feet column spacing, 20 outside loading docks, four at-grade drive-in doors, LED lighting and an ESFR fire protection system, company officials said. Greywolf brokerage advisor Steve Turner represented the landlord in negotiations for the facility.
Crews managed by Beloit-based Corporate Contractors broke ground in the fall, officials said. Verona-based JSD Professional Services served as the civil engineer and Waukesha-based JAKnetter Architects designed the building.
