• T Construction Inc., Hillsboro, must pay a $300 fall-protection citation and a $525 ladders citation because the period to contest the violations has ended. The company was issued the citations March 25 during a roofing job at 114 Main St., Elroy.

• Jason Kaiser Construction, Sun Prairie, must pay a $1,050 head-protection citation, a $1,050 eye-and-face-protection citation and a $1,500 fall-protection citation because the period to contest the violations has ended. • F. Baumer Inc., Menomonee Falls, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 3 to reduce a $375 fall-protection citation to $262.50. The company was issued the citation April 28 during a roofing job at N68 W24955 Stonegate Court, Sussex.

• Fox Structures Inc., Kaukauna, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 3 to reduce a $2,000 aerial-lifts citation to $1,400, a $1,000 ladders citation to $0, a $2,000 safety-training-and-education citation to $1,400, an $800 housekeeping citation to $550, an $800 eye-and-face-protection citation to $0, a $5,600 fall-protection citation to $1,400, a $1,400 electrical-installation-safety-requirements citation to $0 and a $2,000 self-propelled-elevating-work-platform citation to $1,400. The company was issued the citations April 12 during an industrial building and warehouse job at N8997 County Highway M, Rosendale.

• Krause Construction, Richfield, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 14 to reduce a $750 fire-protection citation to $525, a $1,500 fall-protection citation to $1,050, a $1,500 fall-protection-training citation to $1,050 and a $1,050 stairways citation to $735. The company was issued the citations April 28 during a finishing job at 4195 W. Bradley Road, Brown Deer.

• Roman Electric Co. Inc., Milwaukee, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 18 to reduce an $875 fire-protection citation to $0 and a $1,225 stairways citation to $600. The company was issued the citations April 28 during an electrical job at 4195 W. Bradley Road, Brown Deer.

• Alliance Roofing Co., Brookfield, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 18 to reduce a $375 fall-protection citation to $262.50 and a $375 fall-protection-training citation to $262.50. The company was issued the citations May 4 during a roofing job at 317 W. Roberta Ave., Waukesha.

• Lewis Construction Inc., Schofield, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 21 to reduce a $525 requirements-for-excavation-protective-systems citation to $367.50. The company was issued the citation April 23 during a concrete job at 500 E. Veterans St., Tomah.

• Petry Development, Loves Park, Ill., will reach a formal settlement with OSHA on June 14 to reduce a $1,500 fall-protection citation to $1,200. The company was issued the citation Feb. 17 during a single-family housing job in Janesville.
