Kranski & Sons Inc., Neenah, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 14 to reduce a $2,800 abrasive-wheel-machinery citation to $1,400 and a $3,500 electrical–wiring-methods citation to $1,900. The company was issued the citations Nov. 2 during a plumbing, heating and air conditioning job at 8718 State Road 76, Neenah.

• All Types Roofing, Appleton, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 14 to reduce a $3,600 fall-protection citation to $2,000 and a $3,600 fall-protection-training citation to $2,000. The company was issued the citations Oct. 19 during a roofing job at 1906 Lawe St., Appleton.

• Suburban Custom Finishes Inc., Waukesha, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 15 to reduce a $3,600 fall-protection citation to $1,620. The company was issued the citation Oct. 21 during a painting and wall-covering job at 1855 Mineral Springs Blvd., Oconomowoc.

• Birrenkott Construction & Maintenance Inc., Middleton, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 16 to reduce a $4,200 fall-protection citation to $2,520 and a $3,000 fall-protection-training citation to $1,800. The company was issued the citations Nov. 7 during a roofing job at 7430 Meadowrue Circle, Middleton.

• Northway Fence Inc., Menomonee Falls, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 16 to reduce a $2,550 work-platform citation to $1,785. The company was issued the citation Nov. 9 during a specialty trade job on Layton Avenue in Milwaukee.

• Carlson Racine Roofing & Sheet Metal Inc., Racine, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 17 to reduce a $2,384.25 fall-protection citation to $1,500. The company was issued the citation Oct. 31 during a roofing job at 838 Liberty Lane, Burlington.

• F&C Contractors LLC, Milwaukee, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 17 to reduce a $4,200 fall-protection citation to $1,470. The company was issued the citation Sept. 30 during a roofing job at 4275 S. Taylor Ave., Milwaukee.

• Home Glass Co. Inc., Milwaukee, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 17 to reduce a $2,400 abrasive-wheel-machinery citation to $1,200; a $4,200 general-requirements-for-all-machines citation to $3,500; a $4,200 woodworking-machinery-requirements citation to $0; two hazard-communication citations, totaling $4,800, to $1,200; and three control-of-hazardous-energy citations, totaling $9,000, to $2,000. The company was issued the citations Oct. 27 at 6580 N. Industrial Road, Milwaukee.

• Investors Property Services LLC, Kenosha, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 22 to reduce a $3,060 fall-protection citation to $1,500. The company was issued the citation Oct. 14 during a roofing job at 6524 21st Ave., Kenosha.

• Katorce Construction Inc., Madison, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 28 to reduce a $3,000 fall-protection citation to $1,200. The company was issued the citation Oct. 27 during a roofing job at 7238 Lily Lane, Middleton.

• Hetzel-Sanfilippo Inc., Pewaukee, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 29 to reduce a $2,380 fall-protection citation to $1,300 and a $3,034.50 stairways-and-ladders citation to $1,550. The company was issued the citations Nov. 9 during a finishing job at 18th Street and 30th Avenue in Kenosha.

• Cardinal Roofing and Construction Inc., Sun Prairie, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 30 to dismiss a $4,200 fall-protection-training citation and to reduce a $2,400 eye-and-face-protection citation to $500 and a $4,200 fall-protection citation to $1,500. The company was issued the citations Nov. 9 during a roofing job at 987 Broadway Drive, Sun Prairie.

• T&J Concrete Foundations Inc., Cadott, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 30 to reduce a $2,618 scaffolding citation to $500. The company was issued the citation Nov. 14 during a concrete job at 522 Water St., Eau Claire.

• Bernard Construction LLC, La Crosse, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 1 to reduce a $3,600 fall-protection citation to $1,800 and a $3,600 fall-protection-training citation to $0. The company was issued the citations Nov. 4 during a roofing job in La Crosse.
