• Inspired Home Improvements Inc., West Allis, must pay a $400 abatement-verification citation because the period to contest the violation with a Wisconsin OSHA office has ended. The company was issued the citation March 10 in connection with a roofing job at 11405 N. Lake Shore Drive, Mequon.
• Cornerstone Construction of S.E. Wisconsin Inc., Eagle, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 7 to reduce a $1,600 head-protection citation to $1,000, a $1,200 eye-and-face-protection citation to $800, a $2,000 fall-protection citation to $1,300 and a $2,800 fall-protection-training citation to $1,700. The company was issued the citations April 17 during a roofing job in West Bend.
• Paul Schneider Construction LLC, Chippewa Falls, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on May 9 to reduce a $2,800 fall-protection citation to $1,960 and a $2,400 ladders citation to $1,680. The company was issued the citations April 23 during a siding job in Chippewa Falls.
