Irontek’s Delafield location will include 37 private offices, 24 dedicated desks, floating desks and open workspace options, company officials said. The project will feature an 18-person conference room, three drop-in huddle rooms accommodating four to eight people and three private phone booths for calls and virtual meetings.
The project team includes Beloit-based Corporate Contractors Inc., which completed The Grain in June 2024. Additional members are Wauwatosa-based Galbraith Carnahan Architects, Milwaukee-based Harwood Engineering Consultants for mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering needs and Brookfield-based Henricksen as the interior partner.
The first Irontek location opened in Beloit in 2016.
