• Rodriguez Roofing, Appleton, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Aug. 29 to reduce a $2,640 fall-protection citation to $1,320. The company was issued the citation Aug. 15 during a roofing job in Menasha.
• MW Tighe Roofing Inc., Fond du Lac, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Aug. 30 to reduce a $4,900 fall-protection citation to $3,500 and a $2,100 criteria-for-personal-protective-equipment citation to $0. The company was issued the citations Aug. 12 during a roofing job at 800 W. Northland Ave., Appleton.
• Shefchik Builders Inc., Menomonie, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Aug. 31 to reduce a $1,800 respiratory-protection citation to $900 and a $4,200 hand-and-power-tools citation to $2,100. The company was issued the citations Aug. 10 during an industrial building and warehouse job at N5725 600th St., Menomonie.
• Steve Fischer Construction LLC, Sobieski, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 12 to reduce a $2,400 fall-protection citation to $1,680 and a $3,000 keeping-clear-of-a-cranes-and-derricks-load citation to $2,100. The company was issued the citations July 26 during a framing job in Fond du Lac.
