• Kelly’s Bleachers 2, Wind Lake, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 19 to reduce a $1,200 fall-protection citation to $600. The company was issued the citation Aug. 29 during a roofing job at 7805 S. Loomis Road, Wind Lake.

• Merrill Gravel and Construction Co., Merrill, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 20 to reduce a $3,500 electrical-safety-related-work-practices citation to $2,450. The company was issued the citations Aug. 28 during a water- and sewer-line job in Merrill.

• Merit Construction Services Inc., Farmington, Minn., reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 20 to reduce a $2,800 gases–vapors–fumes–dusts-and-mists citation to $1,400 and a $2,800 hazard-communication citation to $1,400. The company was issued the citations Aug. 27 during a commercial and institutional building job at 340 W. Wells St., Milwaukee.

• K&J Construction and Design LLC, Chilton, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 23 to reduce a $2,800 scaffolding citation to $1,960. The company was issued the citation Aug. 29 during a residential remodeling job in Brillion.

• Brian Mischler Construction LLC, Kaukauna, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 23 to reduce a $1,600 fall-protection citation to $800 and a $1,600 ladders citation to $800. The company was issued the citations Aug. 29 during a roofing job at 1716 E. Calumet St., Appleton.
