• Roofing 3 Hermanos LLC, Kenosha, must pay a $400 abatement-verification citation because the period to contest the violation with a Wisconsin OSHA office has ended. The company was issued the citation Sept. 27 in connection with a roofing job at 5116 Pershing Blvd., Kenosha.

• Smitty Built Roofing, Durand, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 3 to reduce a $1,200 eye-and-face-protection citation to $840, a $2,800 aerial-lifts citation to $1,400 and a $2,000 fall-protection citation to $1,400. The company was issued the citations Nov. 5 during a roofing job at 428 First St. W., Altoona.

• B&B Electric Inc., Eau Claire, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 4 to reduce a $3,570 electrical-installation-safety-requirements citation to $2,499. The company was issued the citation Nov. 14 during an electrical job at 2851 Hedrickson Drive, Eau Claire.

• Qual Line Fence Corp., Waunakee, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 5 to reduce a $1,600 powered-industrial-trucks citation to $1,000, a $1,200 hazard-communication citation to $700 and two slings citations, totaling $4,400, to $2,500. The company was issued the citations Nov. 14 during a specialty trade job at 801 S. Division St., Waunakee.

• Concrete & Masonry Restoration LLC, Milwaukee, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 5 to reduce a $2,800 gases-vapors–fumes-dusts-and-mists citation to $1,960. The company was issued the citation Nov. 27 during a poured concrete job at 310 W. Wisconsin Ave., Milwaukee.

• Special T Siding and Construction LLC, Fall Creek, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Dec. 10 to reduce a $1,600 head-protection citation to $960 and a $1,600 electrical-wiring-design-and-protection citation to $960. The company was issued the citation Nov. 8 during a siding job in Eau Claire.
