Matson Holbrook is a First Vice President in Capital Markets at CBRE’s Milwaukee office, where he focuses on investment property sales. He joined the firm in 2019.
With 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, Holbrook is known for his analytical acumen and attention to detail in navigating complex real estate sales transactions.
Early in his career, Holbrook gained experience in the commercial real estate and international business industries at firms in New York, San Francisco and London. He returned to his hometown of Milwaukee in 2010 and has since completed more than $1.1 billion in investment sales transactions.
Prior to CBRE, Holbrook built his brokerage expertise at two Milwaukee-based firms, Siegel-Gallagher Inc. and MBH Investment Real Estate.
His areas of expertise span all real estate sectors, including multifamily, office, retail, industrial and asset classes such as self storage and development parcels.
Holbrook earned a Master of Science in real estate with a concentration in real estate development from New York University in 2008 and a Bachelor of Science in cartography and GIS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he also received a Certificate in Environmental Studies. He holds a LEED AP certification from the Green Building Certification Institute.
